How we build a relationship with your customer
Hydr is a disclosed product. What does that mean? Well, it means we want your customers to know that we are working together. We start building strong relationships with your customer from the get-go. As soon as we start working together, we ensure the invoice management process is handled efficiently and professionally, making you look great.
Once you’ve generated your invoice, we take care of the rest. Hydr takes on invoice management, freeing you from those occasionally awkward conversations. We take great pride in being professional, organised and courteous, just as you would want us to be.
You can check in with the progress of customer payments on your dashboard. Of course, you have already been paid but we know you’ll want to be kept in the loop. We’re constantly checking to see which of your other customers we can add to the platform too.
Once we quote our fixed fee, we don’t change it, even if your debtor is a couple of days late in making payment.

Sign up for your account. You won’t have to submit any paperwork – we’ll just need some basic information about your company and your permission for read only access to your cloud accounting software and your company bank account. This is completely free and secure. You’ll need:

Are we right for you?
To see if Hydr is right for your business, we perform eligibility checks as you are signing up. One of these is taking a look at your customers within your live ledger so that we can tell you the ones we might be able to fund and – most importantly – what our fees might be.
Dot the ‘i’s and cross the ‘t’s
Once you have connected your cloud accounting software and your business bank account through Open Banking (which is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority) the final step is for the company directors to review and sign our clear and concise funding agreement – once they have done so you are ready to go!
