What is Hydr?

Hydr is a brand new, proprietary technology platform that is revolutionising invoice finance. We integrate seamlessly with the leading cloud accounting software providers to fund 100% of your invoice, minus our competitively priced fixed fee, within 24 hours.

How can Hydr help me?

We can help you to optimise your cashflow by paying your invoices within 24 hours. By doing this, we build a bridge between you and your customers, removing the burden of waiting for payment, helping you to succeed and thrive.

Does Hydr pay my full invoice?

Yes – once we have verified your customer, we pay the full value of your invoice, minus our fixed fee, within 24 hours.

How long do I need to sign up for?

We don’t ask you to sign up for any length of time – you can work with us on an ongoing basis or as and when you choose. It’s up to you. Your obligations remain until all funded invoices are repaid, either by you or your debtor. You can pause our service at any time. You remain in control.

How much is Hydr?

We do not charge any fees for you to set up an account with us or to go through the onboarding process. Nor do we charge any subscription fees or listing fees.

All we do is tell you precisely how much we will charge you on a per invoice basis, before you choose to have an invoice funded by us. That fee is fixed, it doesn’t change. There are no additional, hidden costs in the small print.

How do you calculate your fees?

Fees are calculated on an invoice-by-invoice basis. We take into account several factors, including the information about your customer and their payment history. Then, with a little algorithmic magic, we come up with a number which includes everything, even credit protection. This fee is fixed – once we have quoted it to you, that is what you’ll pay.

Does your fee ever go up?

No. Once we have quoted the fee, that is what you will pay.

Can I use Hydr to finance historic invoices or bad debt?

We can make payment for pre-existing invoices so long as they’re not overdue or disputed – subject to a successful verification.

Does Hydr have plans to integrate with more cloud accounting software providers?

Yes we do. We are continuing to invest in our technology in order to add more partners and tools. We currently partner with: Xero, KashFlow, Sage 200cloud, FreeAgent, Clear Books and QuickBooks.

Can you use Hydr if you don’t use an accounting software package?

Sadly not. In order for our platform to work, you have to be using one of the following software packages: Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, KashFlow or Sage200 Business Cloud.
