We’re continuing to invest in our technology in order to add more partners and tools – you can sign up here to be notified as soon as we have any updates.

What documents do I need to provide?

Our onboarding process is completely digital: all you need to provide is information about your company, you (your passport or driving licence will be required), your company’s Xero details and your company’s bank account details. We hate unnecessary paperwork – simply allow us to access this information and we do the rest. We’ve invested in the highest levels of security so you can trust that your data is safe.

Will Hydr affect my personal credit score?

No – using Hydr will not affect your personal credit score.

What happens if my customer doesn’t want to pay Hydr?

We start building a relationship with your customer from the first day of our involvement so they understand that we are now looking after your invoice (s) and that they will now pay Hydr. As part of your welcome pack, you will receive text for emails to send to your customers to make sure we are all on the same page.

What happens if my customer doesn’t pay their invoice to Hydr on time?

This is not something you need to worry about: all invoices are credit insured and we take on the responsibility for managing your customers as part of our service, giving you peace of mind to focus on managing and building your business. Late payments by your customer will not change our fixed fee.

What happens if my customer ceases trading?

While this is upsetting, the good news is that each invoice we fund is credit insured, giving you peace of mind.
