What happens after I sign up?
To get going, our first and most important task is verifying your invoice. We’ll get in touch directly with your customer to let them know we are now looking after your invoice(s) and that they will now pay Hydr.
This will be our first contact with your customer and is the moment we start building our all-important relationship with them. It enables us to verify the outstanding invoice(s) and update the payment details.
Once we are up and running, you can log on to your dashboard at any time to see how things are going, and which of your other customers we could fund.
